young ladies of'l‘okyo. We love you. We ' .9:

love your very peculiar dance experience; we love its strange combination of the ancient art of the striptease and the more straightforward modern stuff. We love the way you dance rather badly but with such commitment. much as you kiss each other in that brief orgy scene. We love the way you cry ‘saionara' to your audience in shrill voices as they leave. We love the fact that. like your forebearer Shakti. you clearly have more money than sense. seeing as you have come all this way to do a show which lasts about half an hour. But we love you above all becaUse you are obviously having such fun while you are doing it. (’l‘im Abrahamst
