The 29-year-old Dubliner comes to the Fringe with several dance credentials, having won the World Irish Dance Championship three times and broken the Guinness World Record for fastest taps per second (38 - yes, it is possible). Joined for Tapeire by multi-platinum selling Canadian fiddler, Ashley Maclsaac and Edinburgh's own uber percussionist, Dave Boyd, Devine will be wowing the crowds with ' -..unique brand of Celtic tap.
