A speaker from the Guatemala Committee for Human Rights will talk about the projects aimed at improving health provision in Guatemala in the context of the country‘s mass human rights violations.

MPs from Scotland and Norway debate the role of Nuclear Power as a source of domestic energy the two countries currently have very different perspectives with Norway producing 99% of all its electrical requirement from Hydro Electricity and Scotland building new Nuclear stations.
