War, initially implemented to provide us with true multi-media events, hosting Gary Ctail‘s On-U sound system. the Fini Tribe and Hitzer Ebb so far, has now expanded into a production unit enticing worthy bands further north than the usual English circuit (Mark Stewart and the Mattia again, possibly Lee Perry, and Front 242 the next time they are round).
