DUCK BILL BOARDS

Roger Palmer: Lost at Sea, Street Level, and billboards around Glasgow. The gallery part 01 Roger Palmer’s exhibition consists at seven sets at three pairs or lramed images. The left hand side at each pair is a photograph or llotsam on a beach; on the right is a text, gleaned trom ornithological works, on the habits at various sea-blrds- particularly their leeding

and reproduction. The 12 billboards around the centre at Glasgow will bear one at three texts lrom the exhibition, surrounded by the llotsam ot the city. The viewerwill be left to make connections between the graphically-described greed ot the gulls and the detritus at human activity. (Hilary Robinson)
