Glasgow's RSAMD is playing host to this year’s Scottish National Association oi Youth Theatre Festival which runs from Sat 31 March-Sun it April. in all some 23youth theatres will be perionning in the liSAhiD’s Chandler Theatre. MONDAY 2

I Us and Them/A Kind oi Justice/The Pied Piper D’ Dundee/The Fall and Redemption of Alan East Kilbride’s Key Youth Music and Drama Group perform two short plays by David Compton and Margaret Wood, Dundee Rep Junior Youth Theatre try out their own version of the Pied Piper story, and Glasgow Drama Workshop act out Jim Bowen‘s Mystery Play.

TUESDAY 3

I Carry ail Culture/Apples/instant improvisation Prestwick's Drama Workshop Inc considers the nature of Scotland , Glasgow‘s Young Theatre Team tackle C. P. Taylor’s allegory and all the way from Italy, Massimo D‘Aseglio School improvise from audience suggestions.

WEDNESDAY 4

I instant Improvisation/What the ileil’s Gorge Waiking‘MD'lo Prooi/Fisi Time/Sniggering in Comer: More Italian improv, devised drama from Kilsyth Young People‘s Theatre, social problems explored and musical numbers previewed by Bellshill Mascot Youth Theatre , and devised party-pooping by lnverclydc Community Youth Theatre.

I Grease/Love But tier/Mince Motherwell District Youth Theatre indulge in a little 505 musical nostalgia, SYT‘s XSYT perform a new play by Lara-Jane Bunting and Edinburgh‘s Theatre Workshop try out their own devised piece.
