At an inaugural meeting of irtterested parties. the following was proposed :

* To maintain the interest oj'jazz Throughout The Year, generated by the Scottish International Jazz Festivals

* To present jazz in a "civilised environment"

* To present local jazz bands and musicians on a regular basis, plus bringing major attractions from abroad at regular intervals.

You are invited to become members of the Club.

Advantages of membership will include :

free entry throughout the year on normal Club nights; guaranteed entry for all members on a first come first served basis; special privileges for members quarterly newsletter distribution, highlighting forthcoming attractions and special events.

A dance floor envisaged some nights, depending on music. The Annual Membership subscription will be

in the region off/0.

There will be an entrance charge/or all non-members throughout the year.

It is hoped that the starting date will be August 1990.
