A Specials live album and now The Selecter and Bad Manners touring— maybe there is a genuine ska revival on the cards thistime. rather than all the false starts we‘re used to. ' This rare Scottish gig is probably. in part at least. a result of the datesJad Fair played with The Pastels some months past.

I Jayne County And The Electric Chairs and Lucid Lord Darnley. West Port. 229 4341. 9.30pm. Wayne/Jayne hasn‘t been idle in the last decade. although she was touring with backing tapes for a while as a result of pecuniary setbacks.
