Levitation are sitting on the potential album of the year Need For Not. having bypassed growing pains and the maturing process to deliver a full-blooded stampede with a scope of breathtaking horizons. They'll scramble your brains. then dust you off with bewitching pastoral elegies. The Cardiacs can pull off similar feats with lessintensity and more theatrics (and no pastoral elegies). l‘m trembling already.

The last year has seen some further line-up changes for The Bachelor Pad but their cheesy psychedelia remains without blemish.
