ROCK & BLUES nus":

Wah Wah Hut. St Vincent Street,221 5279. 9pm. £4. With a new line-up backing him. Russell Yates returns with the euphoric ‘Littlc Bird (Are You Happy in Your Cage?)'. a ridiculously poppy little song with shades of the spark and wit of It‘s immaterial and The Monochrome Set. which proves there was always a pop song in there dying to get out and breathe the fresh air. Top pop tunes too from Perspex White Out but their manner is more laidback and their guitars grungier.
