Based in Inverness, you will assist the Exhibitions Officer to administer and develop the Council's programme of art exhibitions.

You will have a visual arts background, have initiative, and you should be an enthusiastic organiser with practical skills in the selection, moving and hanging of art exhibitions. Basic graphic skills are necessary for the layout of posters and catalogues.

A current driving licence is essential as the work will involve considerable travel, driving the exhibitions van around the Highlands and beyond requiring the occasional overnight stay and evening work.

Assistance with removal/legal expenses will be given in accordance with the Council's Scheme.
