Set amongst the strobes and techno grooves of London’s Clubland, Danny Cannon’s impressive debut paints a dark and dangerous picture of a generation struggling to keep its head above a rising tide of drugs and violent crime. In a casting coup for a director so young, Harvey Keitel plays an American cop who is invited across the water ostensibly as advisor on a Special Branch investigation into a drug-linked series of murders. As the blood trail flows thicker and faster, his approach
