The Co-ordinator will have proven experience and appropriate approved qualifications in outdoor education, management experience and the ability to work with local young people and bring them an enthusiasm for outdoor adventure.
He or she will be responsible to a management committee for the day to day running of the Project, the management of the Capro building and the supervision of staff.
