The band features a number of his protégés from SYJO. with Robert Henderson (trumpet). Laura MacDonald (alto saxophone). Nichol Thomson (trombone). Andrew Sharkey (bass). Colin MacRae (drums). and Bobby apparently sticking to keyboards for the night.

Brian is one of the most consistently impressive bass players on the Scottish scene. and always looks as though he is having a great time on stage.
