PHAB SCOTLAND requires a PART-TIME YOUTH WORKER - EDINBURGH 10 HOURS PER WEEK for the Phab Networks Project which aims to increase the number of informal opportunities for young physically disabled people to become invoved in mainstream social, leisure and educational activities.

Applicants should have: an enthusiastic approach; a commitment to the empowerment of people with physical disabilities; and a proven track record in youth work. The successful applicant will be required to work unsocial hours.

Salary will be paid in accordance with the rates of pay for part-time Community Education staff.

Scotland's national opera company, and one of Britain's largest arts organisations, is currently enjoying artistic and commercial success. The Company exists to provide opera of all scales.

Scottish Opera requires an Auditions Secretary who, under the direction of the Head of Music, will work as part of the team in its Music Department. The post involves the organisation and administration at auditions and the provision of senior secretarial support to the Chorus Master.

The successful candidate must have the ability to plan and execute complex arrangements with tact, confidentiality and detailed precision. A knowledge of musical administration is desirable but not essential.

Word processing and audio skills are required. Salary £1 1,000 pa
