Scottish Opera For All is the Education and Community Department of Scottish Opera working mainly in schools and community venues with both children and adults.

Scottish Opera For All requires a Music Specialist to join its team For a short-term contract on the

Autumn Primary Schools Tour (October-December l 994).

The ideal candidate requires excellent sight reading of piano scores, competent keyboard skills, both piano and Korg OI /W and the ability

to improvise using basic percussion instruments.

An outgoing and lively approach to the work is essential to capture the enthusiasm of the children.

2260 per week plus current touring ailowance.

PROJECT WORKER

(SALARY SCALE: AP4 - £14,799 - £16,437) IMTIAL ONE YEAR CONTRACT

To assist in the development of a locally based producing/touring theatre company. Key Task Areas

Administration - to carry out all ongoing administrative duties on a daily basis, and with regard to all tours, productions and projects undertaken by the Company.

Developmental - to raise the profile of the company both in terms of local perception and awareness, and within the theatrical professron.

Financial - to identify and make application to all potential sources of funding. The post will be initially funded for one year.
