Say it with Art

The business of buying art doesn’t have to involve an in-depth knowledge of the work of Turner Prize winner Antony Gormley; neither does it require much chin-scratching and using terms like ‘intrinsically postmodern’. A number of galleries in Glasgow and Edinburgh annually stage Christmas exhibitions aimed at demystifying these preconceptions and hope to encourage the regular punter to buy art for friends and family instead of aftershave or chocolates. This year, say it with ART.
