Our client, one of the world‘s most respected international technology companies, is in the process of developing and expanding its core business activities. Already with a major presence in Scotland, it is poised for significant growth through the provision of Pan-European Technical Support from its customised call centre positioned within its European manufacturing HQ.
Consequently, exciting opportunities have been created, requiring fluency in one or tnore of the following languages:
FRENCH ' DUTCH ' ITALIAN ° DANISH ' SWEDISH FINNISH 'FLEMISH ' NORWEGIAN - SPANISH - GERMAN
The principal activities involve providing frontline customer
technical support in operating systems and software and
whilst previous experience would be advantageous,
a good grounding and understanding in the
foregoing computer activities will be seriously considered.
Ideally, though not essentially, ofgraduate calibre, you should have a flexible attitude as some shift work may be involved. The majority of positions are full time.
Your vibrant, outgoing personality and
interest in both linguistics and computer activities will ideally suit you to a role that will deliver first class customer service.
