You will be a versatile and self motivated child care professional with a relevant qualification (such as DipSW/CQSW). You will need to demonstrate experience of direct work with young people, training design and provision, good written and'verlxil skills with the ability to present our excellent service to a variety of audiences. £16,919 - £18,800 pa We have a vacancy for a Counselling Supervisor to join our team responsible for training. supervising and supporting our volunteer telephone counsellors who are committed to delivering Childl.ine's service to children to the highest standard. This post will carry special responsibility for setting tip and running our new anti-bullying line to be launched in the new year. We would like to hear from you if you can demonstrate a minimum of 2 years direct work with children and young people in a social work, youth or counselling environment; knowledge of child protection; training and supervisory skills preferably with volunteers and paid staff Your excellent counselling, management and admin skills will ensure our volunteer counsellors are well supported.
