Aiming to stimulate ideas and debate in the organising principles around image- making within particular geographical and cultural boundaries, the focus will be on projects beyond ’the gallery’. Does an institutional context limit art or is the relationship between the ’in' and the ’out’ interchangeable, creating a dynamic?
