The Lounge — This Week’s Hottest Bar
C ROLLA EDMOND
Over the last few weeks Courvoisier and The List have been bringing you the hottest bars in Glasgow and Edinburgh. We’ve asked each bar to come up with an exciting new COURVOISIERo Cognac based cocktail which arouses one of the five senses and embodies the luxurious spirit at the heart of this rich cognac.
This week The Lounge in Glasgow have put their bar skills to the test to create L’Odorat, a warm Cognac mocha cocktail which will delight your sense of smell. To recreate L’Odorat, pour a shot of COURVOISIERoo Cognac, a few drops of almond essence and a little hot chocolate into a mug or glass. Mix in a hot espresso, top with cream or frothy milk and sprinkle on crushed almonds to decorate. Breathe in the heady aroma of coffee and fine COURVOISIERo cognac, then savour the exquisite flavour.
Mix L’Odorat in style with Courvoisier at The Lounge. Recently revamped to look even more cosy, the bar could have come straight from the Wild West and, just like any stylish saloon worth its salt, it’s not unheard of for a spot of table-top dancing to break out at the weekend. You can’t miss it, it’s the one with the hippo head hung outside! With COURVOlSIERo Cognac and the Lounge, you’re guaranteed a wild night out.
MIX IT FREE WITH COURVOISIERo COGNAC AND THE LOUNGE
