The Mercat Centre is a proposed new Cultural Centre to be based in Dingwall. The Steering Group require a Project Leader to advance the initiative through the next crucial stages of its development.
The Project Leader will be required to prepare funding applications. negotiate site purchase. set up a charitable trust. and develop operational structures for the venue. The successful applicant will have experience in fund-raising. particularly ERDF and Lottery funds. and have a broad understanding of venue development.
