The magazine you are holding is launching into cyberspace. The List has teamed up with The Microsoft Network, one of the world’s leading Internet online services to produce a new webzine guide to Scotland. Electric Thistle has now gone live with a mix of features, previews, profiles and interviews on all that's hot and happening around Scotland.

Electric Thistle has been developed jointly over recent months by The List and MSN. The service will be updated every week, bringing the best of Scotland direct to computer screens all over the world It is designed to serve the needs of people living in, or visiting, Scotland as well as armchair surfers around the globe who want to check out what’s happening here.

A new edition of Electric Thistle goes online every Wednesday, with the current content ranging from features on T in the Park to Aberdeen's Cutty Sark Tall Ships Race. Plans for forthcoming editions are already in hand, and will feature coverage of the Edinburgh Festival, Primal Scream’s
