Pure's Seventh Birthday A bigger line- up than the Edinburgh leg with a huge bill of technos finest stars which only Pure is capable of. See listings for acts and 015, but note a rare live set from Green Velvet. He was supposed get it together at T in the Park, but technical difficulties meant he couldn't. Let's hope-5 everything is plugged in properly tonight. The Arches, Sat 23 only. Aquaplanet The night's most popular guest, Claude Young from Detroit, returns to the club. Last time he played a live set and tonight he goes for full-on deck action. With his recent production quiet spot it's probably the better option. Sub Club, Sun 24 only. Guidance The biggest drum ’n' bass night outside London which plays regularly at Sankey's Soap (Manchester), hosts this extra special night featuring resident DJs Jamac and Marcus. Also, featured guests Doc Scott, Metalheadz, resident and harder, breakbeat 0&8 specialist. The Arches, Sun 24 only.

01 Sonique Recently hailed as the ’First Female Superstar Dl', Sonique was the voice behind and co-writer with S- Xpress. Her hard house sets round the country which include her breaking into song over the records -— are legendary. A must. The Tunnel, Fri 22 only.
