BOX OFFICE SUPERVISOR

(Administration)

This post entails supervision of Box Olfice stall, operation of the BOCS Ticketing System, the provision of customer care and general administration procedures.

Salary £13,454

PART-TIME BOX OFFICE STAFF

(2 positions available)

The post holders will provide critical direct contact with the Theatre Royal's audiences, carry out ticket sales on the theatre's BOCS system and ensure accurate financial and administrative reporting.

£4.79 per hour

Dundee City has recently been awarded the largest Arts Lottery Grant in Scotland to build a £9 million contemporary art centre. This is an exciting and challenging time for arts and heritage in Dundee and we now require a highly motivated individual to play a key role in the marketing of arts and heritage facilities and services.

Working as part of the marketing and design team, you will be

responsible for devising joint marketing initiatives with the City’s cultural sector. You will have at least three years experience in arts

marketing, which will include experience of

implementing/producting a marketing plan, joint marketing iniatives and attracting external funding. Copywriting/editing skills and

experience of using a PC are required.

DYE TECHNICIAN (Term-time only)

Salary: Technical Grade 3 £13,920 to £15,759 per annum (pro rata)

Applications are inVited from swtably qualified persons for this vacancy Within the Department of Printed and Knitted Textiles to provide specialist technical support and supervision of the dye area and print room.

The post holder Wlll be expected to plan and carry out effectively a programme of inductions, demonstration, maintenance and supervision of dye and print processes. Also, to supervise the safe, healthy and efficient operation of the workshop.

The Glasgow School of Art is a Scottish Higher Education Institution which offers a full range of Design, Fine Art and Architecture courses at Honours, Masters and Doctorate levels, validated by the University of Glasgow.
