IVOR CUTLER, the surrealist documenter of Life In a Scotch Sitting Room, is now 74, and performs in Edinburgh this fortnight for the first time in twelve years. Widley admired as a poet. illustrator, composer, narrator of strange tales and all-round sage, Cutler appeared in The Beatles film Magical Mystery Tour and recorded an album, Ludo, with Fab Four producer George Martin the same year.
