band called Junkwaffle, who recorded
for Bristol's Cup Of Tea label. Alex has served time With a number of bizarre people (although this could be a ioke), : including The Stranglers, Van Morrison and The God.
How do they sound? Cranked up,

Big break They first came to attention
in 1996 with their Dive! EP on seminal beatz label, Wall Of Sound This

at Number 69 in the charts. Their next ; effort, a 605 spy movre pastiche called
’Spybreak’, broke the Top 40
What happened next? They hooked up with James Bond theme bloke David Arnold and recorded 'On Her Majesty's Secret Service', a large piece of acid-
