'I get people not realising I'm a guy at first- that happens all the time. Last night I had three people didn't realise I was a guy, which I suppose is a good thing- it’s a laugh! This is Almo, he’s quite famous. He’s a Spice Girls fan- bit sad really. He’s into a bit of pierong as well. He got his belly done today, I just leave him to it. I gave up on him ages ago. He says

he wants his nipple done next, but I think he’s a bit to young for that now!’
