Lanark Road Youth Project recently celebrated a National Lotteries Charities Board award that will enable us to employ a Community Arts Worker part- time at 25 hours per week at £l().4l per hour. This is a temporary post for a period of 3 years.
The post holder will join a small but committed staff team and will have specific responsibility to make contact with young people in Balerno. Currie. Baberton and Juniper Green and to assist them to identify and develop a range of creative opportunities in the arts and the media.
Experience in project development with young peo- ple is essential. as is extensive experience of a broad range of arts-based disciplines.
A relevant arts qualification would be an advantage.
