The scheme offers emergent and talented filmmakers resident in Scotland an opportunity to develop ideas through a friendly and encouraging atmosphere and without broadcast or commercial pressures. lfsuccessful, you will receive professional training, seminars and free access to production and post production equipment. Previous experience is not necessary, all ideas are welcome and will be considered. This scheme will support this year up to eight short films, (documentary, experimental and drama). Funded by Scottish Arts (Iouncil, National Lottery, New Directions, Glasgow City Council and Glasgow Film Office.
