Pure A highlight of Pure's year when Sir David Holmes, techno master Will be dropping by to play an ‘alternative set’ ie not techno. And they say clubbing’s stale. The Venue, Fri 17 Sep.

Real House One of the last ever nights at The Honeycomb sees a Shaboom bash with a host of guests on a ’real house' tip. The pre-party is at Rebel Waltz across the road; make a night of it. City Cafe and The Honeycomb, Sat 10 Sep.

Fire Island The hard house night turns a big three and to celebrate they’ve invited their fave DJ Steve Thomas to lay on the banging tunes. Wilkie House, Sat 77 Sep.

Scratch Edinburgh's best hip hop night prove that they are not only on the cutting edge, but aren't afraid to muck about as well. Tim Westwood is the big name guest tonight and they're launching the new Wu Tang Playstation game as well. The Venue, Sat 11 Sep.

Taste Two essential or you're mental (as in wap, not chicken oriental) dates for your diary. Sun 12 Sep sees the last ever Taste at The Honeycomb and it will no doubt be one of the maddest ever. If you want to get in, our advice is to get there the day before and camp out. The following week sees the club move down the street to Wilkie to start its brand new residency and we want to see all of you there early doors to show your support.
