Competition i

What the Barman 5a w....

Week five's upon us. Already we've

sent four lucky winners on their upmixed jaunt and you could be the next. Work out where I am and you could win a day out for two - whether it’s Microlighting, White Water Rafting or one of 30 other prizes on offer - the choice is yours. So where am I...?

I arrived undercover to per- form my latest mission - to serve J&B, long over ice with cola,(neither shaken nor stirred). Minimalist deco and maxi-

mum style would have made James Bond feel at home in this double agent haven - perhaps sampling some of he best food in Glasgow.

But not tonight. Hard house, hip hop and soul blast through the speakers as some of the city’s coolest DJs turn up the heat and pump up the volume.

Across the room I thought I spotted Kim Philby - but it was just the purple decor casting a shadow. From the vantage point of the circular bar, | dished out the J&B to the eclectic crowd.

If you are not our lucky winner this week, watch out for our next issue where I will be giving away two more vouchers. To enter our competition just send in your answer with your name and address on a postcard to The List, issue 5, 22 Endell St, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9AD.

The first correct entry drawn after the closing date of 6 January 2000, will win an 'Experience voucher’ for two people. There is no cash alternative. Employees of J&B and any related companies are not eligible to enter. Entrants must be over 18.
