Food news with fast service Changes are afoot in Glasgow, where Tony and Linda Matteo, proprietors of the well-loved City Merchant, extend their operations to give a brand new lease of life to the sadly ailing Brasserie in Regent Street. Currently closed for the overhaul, a new look City Brasserie Will emerge shortly making the most of the venue’s Victorian town house feel and its proximity to the City's business heartlands.
