PRODUCTION ASSISTANT . w,
A Production Assistant is required to join the Event Site Production Team and assist with the Site and Venue Design & Production for Glasgow‘s llogmanay 2000 Event.
The successful applicant will be well motivated. have knowledge in the production of scale drawings and specifications for event arenas. In addition. the compilation ofdeliveryr’production schedules and the preparation of specifications for contractors is essential. The successful applicant will assist with the production ofthe final Event Manuals.
An outdoor event background is essential. as is an extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
PROJECT MANAGER ASSISTANT

A Project Assistant is required to join the Event Team. organising Glasgow‘s llogmanay 2000. The main duties will be to assist the project Manager in all aspects ofco-ordianting the event. including finance and administration. previous experience with Microsoft Word. Excel. Outlook and access are essential.
The successful applicant should have a strong financial and administrative background and the ability to produce and maintain budget infonnation for the project. Experience working to tight deadlines and previous Project management skills are essential.
It is also essential that the successful applicant is a good communicator, well motivated and a self-starter. Event management experience is desirable. Please submit your CV to: Mr Joe Aitken.
