ROCK & POP: TUE 7 NOV continued
Sound’s Mekon. See Clubs for preview I Cousteau The Attic, Dyer’s Close, 71 Cowgate, 225 8382. 7.30 pm. £5 adv. Heart-wrenching ballads from Liam McKahey and friends. Think Tindersticks with self confidence and more quiffs and you’re on the way.
I Doves and Goldfrapp The Arches, Midland Street, 221 4001. 7.30pm. £8.50 plus booking fee.
