Knowledge of policy in relation to social inclusion and lifelong learning is essential. Candidates should have a proven ability to research. apply and promote new methods of engaging with new audiences. Experience of writing and managing the production of publications is essential. as is an awareness
of the issues surrounding the integration of new technologies and an education.
