Dance Scotland 7 Development Officer

Dance Scotland is the national organisation for the representation and promotion of all aspects of dance in Scotland. We are looking for a development officer to help us implement the first phase of a three-tier business plan which aims to lay the foundations for the organisation‘s future development The officer will work with the net- work of professional dance practitioners and organisations through- out Scotland to develop network mechanisms and structures, access sources of funding and raise the profile of the organisation.

We invite applications from self-motivated and resourceful candidates. with experience of fund-raising, event organisation and advocacy in the arts sector. Candidates should be able to work from an Edinburgh or Glasgow base, although logistics may make an Edinburgh base more convenient.
