Your role will include promoting HLF. generating interest and applications. advising potential applicants and local organisations and keeping HLF informed of key strategies and developments throughout the area. You will need around 2 years' relevant experience in the public or voluntary sector. knowledge of the Highlands and Islands. excellent communication skills and a good grasp of issues involved in the distribution of lottery funding.

The Arches is Scotland's leading independent arts venue providing live music, theatre. clubs and exhibitions. We require an excellent manager for our busy box office and reception service.

This is a key role within the Marketing Team and requires someone who is enthusiastic, clear headed and very efficient. Applicants should have

Applicants must have clerical experience. including cash handling. cash reconciliation. telephone and keyboard skills. with experience of working in a computerised box office or similar environment. Good communication skills. ability to use initiative and willingness to learn new skills are required. An ability to maintain the highest standards of customer care in this very busy concert hall is essential.

Knowledge of the Wembley Ticketing System would be helpful although full training will be given. A genuine enthusiasm for and knowledge of the performing arts would be an advantage.
