We are looking for Scottish arts organisations to offer training in the arts to individuals from minority ethnic backgrounds living in Scotland. Ten traineeships in skills ranging from creative, managerial, technical,
marketing or educational are available.
Grants ranging from £2,500 to £20,000 are available to support minority ethnic-led and core-funded arts organisations and arts venues across Scotland to meet challenges of mainstreaming cross—cultural arts activity.
Both schemes fall under the capacity building and opportunity elements of our Cultural Diversity Strategy, and are covered by Section 37 and 38 of
the Race Relations Act (1976) as amended.
