Offering an elegant, modern setting with striking views across the River Forth, ZINC uses the finest, freshest ingredients from throughout Scotland to create inspired dishes and has recently launched its new day and evening menus.

Created by Head Chef,John Brandon, the new menus are packed with the tastes and colours of summer and continue ZINC’s commitment to simple, healthy cooking with a selection of grills, fresh seafood, crustaceans and salads.

In the coming weeks, ZINC's outdoor food terrace will re-open and will introduce its popular barbeque area in time for the Festival of the Sea, which visits Leith from 23rd until 26th May.

As a maritime celebration, the Festival of the Sea will bring a host of colourful ships to the dock area and visitors to ZINC will enjoy a bird’s eye view of the event's activities. ZINC will also be taking part in the festival itself with a number of food and drink stalls.


ZINC is looking forward to re-welcoming Vegas, ‘Scotland's Best Club of the Year’ to Ocean Terminal on Saturday 22nd March and is now taking bookings for a pre-Vegas dinner package. For £35 each, including entrance to the event, clubbers can enjoy a three course meal before joining thousands of other revellers for the remainder of the evening.
