Minnesota Orchestra Finnish conductor Osmo Vanska. the former chief conductor of the BBC 880. IS back in Glasgow. but this time with the tOO-year— old Minnesota Orchestra. Scottish Chamber Orchestra It's not only the BBC 880 that is celebrating Bartok at the moment. as the SCO teams up his Music for Strings Percussion and Celeste with Legends by Dvorak. a fellow eastern European composer who was also greatly influenced by folk music.
