Tennent’sLager is once again offering 3 budding film teams the opportunity to make an exclusive triptych documentary: to film ground-breaking and exclusive performances; to capture the triptych spirit through Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen; to showcase behind-the-scenes shenanigans at one of Europe’s most innovative and exciting music festivals.
The teams will have full access to all triptych artists and events throughout the three cities - where the likes of Franz Ferdinand, reggae legend Dr Alimantado, Danger Mouse, art-punk vanguards Wire, soul diva Gwen McCrae and synth legend Dr Robert Moog will perform - including artist interviews, rehearsals, sound-checks, entourages and venues. Thanks to GMAC , Mediabase and Peacock Visual Arts, the teams will have use of state-of-the-art equipment, plus hands-on advice from leading industry experts, while a one-day planning and theory workshop will precede the triptych filmings. The final works will be screened throughout Scotland later in the year: industry professionals will select a winning entry.

With over 100 artists to choose from — many legendary, many emerging, many under exposed - we’re seeking interesting, unusual and original ideas.
