Audience Development Officer

The Arches is one of the UK's most dynamic cultural venues located in a unique and highly atmospheric building in the centre of Glasgow. A very busy and diverse programme of events is scheduled throughout the year. including in-house and visiting theatre. live music, festivals. and club nights - Visit our website www.thearches.co.uk for our current programme.

The succesful candidate will be expected to identify and seek funding opportunities for the Arches arts programme. and co- ordinate our audience development strategy. You will be self- motivated with persuasive written communication skills and a good working knowledge of arts funding in Scotland and the UK.

Initially 3 days a week there is scope to develop this post into a full-time role. Salary circa £17,000 pro rata
