require a Box Office/Receptionist to operate its box office system for events both at Tramway and the Mitchell Theatre.
Experience with Databox or other Windows based systems preferred as is receptionisl/switcliiioard experience. Customer service skills and numeracy skills are essential. Shift rota in operation and weekend and evening work is required.
