Those with long (ish) memoriesimight recall Australian saxophonist Sandy Evans from her brief timé in Glasgow in the late 805, or in subsequent visits with the excellent Oz-based jazz-fusion outfit Clarion Fracture Zone. a hand she co-led with Glaswegian saxophonist Tony Gorman. If you don't know her from these contexts, then this is a chance check out her powerful and inventive sax work with this trio, the first time she has led her own group in this country.
