Arts & Health Co-ordinator - £25,401 £29,714 (A 8. c Grade 7)

You will create the capacity and expertise within the NHS Board leading the strategic development of the arts across the health agenda. You Will drive and effect change across a wide range of arts and health activity, to impact on the nature and culture of serVice delivery and influence the planning and deSign of capital programmes and the physical environment. You Will have a degree in arts management or equivalent and up to three years' experience of working in the arts or arts and health envuonment. You should understand the policy environment and structures relating to both the arts and health services. Experience of prOject and staff management and an ability to develop and maintain effective partnership working are essential.

Arts & Health Development Worker - £20,876 - £24,424 (A & c Grade 6)

Creative Interventions in Health aims to promote access and participation in the visual arts and demonstrate how the arts can make a positive contribution to the health and well being of the individual and local communities. You will play a lead role in the sustained development and delivery of this project, build local networks between arts, health and education providers and ensure the active participation of identified care groups and the wider community. You will be responsible for the artistic quality and delivery of the visual arts programmes, as well as the day to day management of the project and associated sessional staff.

You will be educated to degree level/have qualifications relevant to the post and type of work (demonstrable experience will be considered). You should ideally have up to two years' project management experience and an awareness of the issues involved in contemporary and socially engaged art practice. The post would be suitable for those preferring to work a 4 day (30 hour) week.

Administrative Officer (P/T - 18.5 hours, flexible) £12,187 £14,146 pro rata (A & C Grade 3)

Working for the Creative Interventions Project, you will provide full administration support to the team. You will have comprehensive experience in using Microsoft Office packages, excellent communication and organisational skills and direct experience of working with the public. You will possess a relevant administrative/secretarial qualification or equivalent work experience.
