art.tm is a busy visual arts studio and printmakers facility based In Inverness, which prowdes a varied programme of activities for a Wide community of users. Having recently developed a three year Business Plan, the organisation is seeking a Studio Manager to play a leading role in the company's developments over the next three years and beyond.

The Studio Manager will be responsible for the overall, day-to- day management of the organisation, including the general supervision Of studio users, programmed activities, and the technical facilities. Responsibilities also Include project plan- ning, funding, financial management, and the

supervision of studio staff.

The successful candidate will have at least two year’s experience in arts and cultural administration at an appropriate level, along with a particular knowledge and interest in the visual arts. Experience In marketing, education, project management and fund-raising will be an advantage.

The Studio Manager will require excellent communication, interpersonal and administration skills, and the ability to demonstrate leadership qualities in all aspects of the post. The post-holder will also be required to undergo a Disclosure Scotland check.

This is a unique Opportunity to be part of an exceptional arts project. The City Halls Marketing Officer Will work With the GCE marketing team to develop and implement the prOject marketing plan. He/she will have two years arts marketing experience and will be competent in usmg the key marketing tools.
