Imagine if you were whipped away from the face of this earth with no warning and then plopped back again on the exact same day as 4399 other folks. You’d be a bit freaked out, wouldn’t you? This is the premise of the latest US smash hit to come to Sky’s shores. Dubbed in some quarters the new X-Files (it’s got a male/female investigator team and it's a bit spooky in a sciencey fictiony kind of way), it relies on the power of its imagery and bonkers ideas rather than on a gaggle of starry names. But will the ratings be out there?
