AiH rs a new dynamrr Scottish Arts in Health company \‘.lih charitable status It was formed in 2005 from two charities. Paintings in Hospitals Scotlaan lPrHSr and Friends of Paintings in Hospitals Scotland ’FOPIHS' AiH provrdes high quality art to help in the healing process in hospr tals and healthrare centres throughout Scotland

We are looking for skilled and experienced people from all over Scotland to expand our Board of DITt’CiOTS. You should have a back ground in business management, fundraising or healthcare.

An interest in contemporary Scottish art could also be useful.

You can make a real contribution to the direction of this new organization Attendance at six meetings a year wrll be requrred. These Wlll usually take place in Edinburgh and reasonable expenses Will be paid.

Art in Healthcare (formerly Paintings in Hospitals Scotland) is inViting submissions for an exceptional new site-specific commission for Glasgow Royal Infirmary. The brief is to create a number of works to be sited in a large corridor/seating area outside a male health ward in the old infirmary burldrng. This is a public area With a large potential audience and the work Will be on permanent display.

Please submit a (V, 4 images of your work, (either photograph or digital format) including SAE if you want images returned, along with 100-200 words grvrng a short outline of how you would approach the brief. PART-TIME GALLERY ATTENDANT

Based in the centre of the Campus, the Collins Gallery is

a lively city centre venue.You should have experience of working with the general public, cash handling and customer care. An interest in or experience of contemporary art would be advantageous.The hours are five per week

(i 1.30am to 4.30pm, Saturday only) and the wage is £27.27 per week.
