let's face it. the Rogers Sisters are nothing new. lu'xo girls and a boy from
New York City (the real- life Rogers Sisters Jennifer and Laura on guitar and drums. Miyuki Furtado on bass and an energising three-way vocal split) they're ploughed from exactly the same furrow as Radio A or the Yeah Yeah Yeahs. It's all feathered hair. cut glass guitars and striding basslines . . . all very CBGBs.
So they might just be giving No Wave a tune and flogging it back to the kids. but where's the harm in that?
